Project Summary

Penn Brook School is a three-story building in Georgetown, MA and is designed for 770 students. It has classroom, computer room, music & band, art and interactive learning spaces outside. Client needs our BIM Services for Structural, MEPFP, Landscape and Civil Design. MaRS Trans USA LLC adhered to the client's requirements and provided them with exemplary BIM solutions. With high-quality BIM services, the visualization of the project is enhanced. With our BIM model, the structural base of the school was set strong.

Final Results

MaRS Trans USA LLC help with BIM implementation in this project for MEPF, Structural and HVAC BIM. This project was finished in 2015 and the students are now loving a sustainable “School in the woods”.
