R&D Industrial building MEP BIM Modeling

Project Summary

MaRS Trans USA LLC has successfully completed its project on MEP BIM modeling and Coordination of an industrial R&D building in Texas. Our clients require MEP BIM services for a clash-free and accurate manufacturing process for the projects. They hire us for the MEP BIM of this building which has water tank, pump rooms, utility electrical substations, material warehouse, drum storage, petroleum class A, and lab building. Our MEP engineers do this work to the complete satisfaction of the client. We have provided the MEP BIM model with 3D view, and detail drawing in this job.

Final Results

As a MEP BIM Consultant in Texas, We have developed a LOD 400 MEP BIM model for this R&D building. We have made models for different parts of the building like warehouse, substation, water tank, pump room, panel room, storage tank etc. We help with the MEP BIM Coordination, coordinate shop drawings, BOQ generation and value engineering.
