MaRS Trans USA LLC has been a part of the large-scale project that is Hyder Park in Hayes. Hyder park is a famous building area located in a very strategic part of London. The retail space served immense importance in the area. It was spread across 13800 sq.m. We have developed a comprehensive architectural, structural, and MEP BIM model of the building. The BIM coordination of the model helped in an efficient performance evaluation. We have successfully delivered the 3D BIM model and helped in adding value to the overall project.
