Project Summary

We have completed a BIM model for an educational building present in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Thi project is very close to us as it's a matter of success for us, completing a project this huge. The building is a prominent educational institute in the region and thus holds immense importance. The building area was 30,000 sq.m, which is so far one of the greatest projects we have worked on. And not to mention we are extremely happy and proud of the outcome of the building model. The 3D BIM model showcased BIM coordination with LOD 400, aptly. We have also provided the clients with a construction documentation set. We have very effectively used software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Naviswork and made sure that the scope of the project is maintained and enhanced.

Challenges

This project is one of the first large-scale projects we took on. This meant that we had to put our best foot forward to make it a successful one. There were many factors and areas to consider while executing the BIM model, which was a challenge for us. Different software was used to produce the fine results we were looking for.

Solutions

We overcame our share of challenges with the help of our expert staff. The project not only got completed in time but marked a huge success. Through constant communication and real-time data sharing, everything could be controlled well. All the software usage was done carefully to bring maximum accuracy. The educational building that resulted through our BIM model was high quality and great looking.
