Project Summary

One of the biggest projects that we have been part of till now is the Ball State University building situated in Muncie, Indiana. Ball State University is a known university for higher education in the state. The architecture of various buildings present on the campus is one of a kind. The project given to us included an important part of the university. The building is spread over an area of 20,000 sq.m. Our team of qualified engineers produced a high-quality BIM model for the project with BIM coordination, facility management, and 3D views and renderings. We have made use of Naviswork Revit very efficiently to create accurate models that present all the important features and details of the building. The project resulted in immense success.

Challenges

The project asked for certain high-level detailing which was time-consuming. This was a challenging task for us. We were under strict deadlines to deliver a quality project to our clients. Presenting works within the designated timeline is something we take seriously, but it was a tough call, in this case, considering the level of details involved.

Solutions

With constant communication and transparency with the updates, we were able to get the correct details. This helped us in quickening up the process and completing it in time. The BIM model was created with high precision and quality. The use of LOD 400 in creating the model enhanced facility management. The Ball state university project was completed with a great success ratio.
