We all know about the Al Bayt Stadium where the 2022 FIFA World Cup was held and it has a capacity of 60,000. The architectural design includes luxurious hotel suites and rooms in traditional tents such as the stadium. The stadium achieved sustainability certifications for Green Design, Construction Management and Energy Efficiency in January 2020. Client required BIM for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety for this project.
MaRS Trans USA LLC assisted the architects, engineers and contractors involved in this project with MEP BIM services in Qatar. Our MEP engineers provided MEP BIM modeling and coordination with BIM facility of upto LOD 400 and shop drawings to make the streamlined development process. This uplifted the project scope higher.
